Pat Codd of Severna Park, Maryland is the proud owner of the beautiful Hemi Orange Daytona pictured here. Pat bought his Daytona in 1978 after a fellow member had seen it advertised and called to tell him about it.
Originally the Daytona had a black wing stripe, however Pat changed that to a stand-out white stripe when he had the car repainted in its original EV2 orange in 1990. The car still had its original 440 and 4-speed transmission. The engine was rebuilt in 1991 by Tom Garvey and the car now wears a Ted Janak fiberglass nosecone.
Pat's Daytona had a scheduled build date of April 27, 1969 and was originally shipped to Tidewater Dodge Dealer #25022 in Norfolk, Virginia on August 19, 1969. It was the tenth Daytona to leave the assembly line.
